Ready, set, go!

There are no hard and fast rules on how to make a pitch deck but we have a framework that may help you get started. In order to build your pitch deck we’ll need to collect written content and imagery specific to your project.

  • 1 Contact me via email, describe your project and let me know what your needs are.

2 We then schedule an initial phone conversation. Once I know the requirements and timeline of your project, I work up a cost estimate, and a flat fee is discussed and agreed upon. The flat fee includes three rounds of revisions. I will also provide a standard agreement for contracting my services.

3 Upon hiring my services, I’ll research and customize visual content, and design and share three sample pages for your deck to ensure they align with your distinct style and preferences.

4 Once you’re satisfied with the initial design, I’ll proceed to create the remaining pages in your presentation, accommodating any necessary revisions.

5 Once the project is complete, I’ll provide you with the design files and all associated content for your archive.

6 Additionally, I will remain available for future edits or any further creative enhancements to your deck on an hourly basis. Some clients may wish to refine their presentations based on feedback from their meetings, and I’m here to support those ongoing needs.

  • An average pitch deck for a film, documentary, or tv show has 10-15 pages. Pricing starts at $1500 and increases based on the complexity of the project and quantity of the content that you provide.
